Encounter wants you to love each purchase you make. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept items for exchange or store credit by mail or in store within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns or exchange requests on hats, lingerie, bathing suits, jewelry and SALE items will not be accepted, as these items are FINAL sale. To return an item please send an email to encounterboutique@gmail.com with RETURN in the subject line. You will be sent an email confirmation back with a return authorization number. Items must be received at Encounter within 7 days of receipt of return authorization number/email. All Items must be unworn with all original tags attached. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please send all returns to: Encounter ATTN: Returns 482 Broadway Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. During holiday season, Encounter extends its return policy to merchandise purchased starting the Wednesday before Thanksgiving through December 25th. Requests for return authorizations on holiday purchases must be received by January 10th. After January 10th all sales are final. Items must be returned unworn with original sales slip and all original tags attached. Holiday items may also be returned for exchange or store credit in store by January 10th. All sale merchandise, hats, lingerie, bathing suits, and jewelry are final sale, even during the holiday season. Merchandise purchased after 12/25 falls under Encounter’s non-holiday return policy.
